Corralio Privacy Policy

Corralio ("the app", "we") is a livestock management application for iOS. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and what control you have over it.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Corralio's developer. You can contact us through the Help/Support form available inside the app, under Settings.

2. What data we collect

• Email address — only if you choose to sign in (optional). It is used to authenticate you with a one-time code (OTP) and to sync your data across devices.
• Your farm's data — batches, animals, health events, sales, expenses, and notes that you enter yourself in the app (for example, species, weight, treatment dates). This data is stored on your device and, if you sign in, also on our servers so it can be synced.
• Support messages — if you write to us through the Help form, we store your email, subject, and message so we can reply.
• In-app purchases — subscriptions are managed directly by Apple (StoreKit). Corralio does not receive or store your card or payment method data.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not use Corralio for advertising tracking.
• We do not share your data with advertising networks.
• We do not use third-party analytics or measurement tools.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Where data is stored

If you use the app without signing in, your data stays only on your device. If you sign in, your data is synced and stored on Supabase, our database and infrastructure provider, which applies encryption in transit and at rest and access controls via row-level security (RLS).

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your account remains active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Help/Support form.

6. Your rights

You can request at any time to: access your data, correct it, export it (the app includes PDF/CSV export), or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, write to us through the Help/Support form inside the app.

7. Minors

Corralio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make substantial changes to this policy, we will indicate this by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
